What services do you offer?

• We offer Laser Engraving, Sublimation, and Screen Print Transfers.

What is laser engraving?

Laser engraving is the process of leaving a permanent deep mark in a material using a laser beam. Unlike other more traditional methods, the heat of the beam will melt and vaporize the portion of material that it is being aimed at. What’s left behind is a smooth, permanent engraving.

There will be a contrast in color between the surface layer of the material and the engraving, meaning it’ll be easily visible to the user.

What is sublimation printing?

• Sublimation printing uses special ink and paper in a printer along with a heat press. Once you place your substrate and image in the heat press it will turn the ink into a gas and transfer the image onto your substrate. 

What are screen print transfers?

• Screen printed transfers are when an image which has been screen printed onto release paper. Instead of being directly screen printed onto a shirt or other item, the design is printed onto transfer paper, then applied with a heat press.

What if I don't see a specific item or design I am looking for?

Ordering Questions

What payment options do you accept?

• We accept any credit card payment Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover through Paypal, Shopify Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

How do I place my order?

• You can place your order right here on our website. If you have a photo or design you want to upload, you can do so right on the product page, as well as enter any Personalization text needed. We will be in contact with you if there are any layout questions or approvals needed.

What if I need my order expedited?

• We will do our best to fulfill any order as soon as possible as long as we have the product or ability to make your product. There may be an added fee if we have to expedite materials to us.

What artwork files do you need?

• We prefer: .DXF, .EPS, .TIF, .AI, .JPG, .PDF, .CDR
• We will also accept: .PNG, .BMP, .PSD, .DOC

What is DPI?

• DPI stands for "dots per inch" when a printer reads an image the DPI determines how many "dots" of ink or engraving will fill each square inch of the surface. Optimal printing is 300 dpi.

How do I send my artwork or personalization text?

• You can upload your artwork or personalization text right on the product page before adding your item to the cart. 

What are your imaging requirements for engraving?

• As with anything, the higher the quality of image, the better replicate we can make. For laser engraving, a vector file is preferred: .CDR, .EPS, .AI, .PDF, .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .PSD, .BMP, .SVG, .DXF.

What are your imaging requirements for sublimation?

• With sublimation, it can pick up the finest flaw even at 1200 dpi, so again, the higher quality of image that you can send over will yield the best results on your product. For sublimation, a raster style file is preferred: .CDR, .EPS, .AI, .PDF, .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .PSD, . BMP, - all at minimum 300 dpi resolution at 100%

Shipping Questions

How will my order be delivered?

• We ship via the United States Postal Service, most orders will ship out in 3-5 business days from the order date and will be received within 6-10 days of the order date.

Personalization Questions

We want you to receive your order and it look just as you imagined it. Please be sure to review your personalization information before submitting your order. Spelling, dates, and names should be checked carefully. If you have any personalization questions prior to checking out you can email us at orders@creativeconceptsbydesign.com. If requested, a proof will be sent via email for you to approve before any orders are ran. Once approved, we will run the order, no returns on incorrect personalization.

What Fonts do you have available?

• We have 100's of fonts to choose from, so we cannot list them all here. But we have listed the top 8 fonts typically chosen. If you do not see a style you want, we can definitely customize that for you.

Can I get copyrighted or trademarked images on an item?

• We cannot reproduce copyrighted or trademarked images - this included copyrighted and trademarked games, sayings, words, etc.

Return Questions

Can I return my item?

• Due to our products being personalized, we generally do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturers defect. Please contact us if you feel there is a manufacturers defect that we have missed in quality control.
