Shipping & Returns Policy
We ship all items using the United States Parcel Service, and use the current USPS rates.
We currently ship to USA and Canada. Please reach out if you would require shipping elsewhere.
If a product is purchased off our website then it will be shipped within 7-10 days maximum, unless contacted and other terms are agreed upon. You will receive an email with your tracking number. We will use the address that you have listed at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
Since all of our products are custom, they will be sent out as soon as they move through our production schedule. Most products will be sent out in the 7-10 day range, however, some items could lead to a longer lead time depending on how long it takes to get supplies in and the project completed. Some products can be same day ship, if we have premade items. We strive to have the fastest turn around as possible. We will be in touch via email through the whole order process to ensure a timely delivery. Once the custom piece is finished an email with the tracking number will be issued.

Due to our products being personalized we do not offer refunds unless there is a defect or quality issue from the manufacturer. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
No refunds can be issued for orders delayed (either shipping cost or merchandise value) due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect Creative Concepts by Designs, LLC or any of our carriers. Thank you for understanding.
